Umemaro Vol. 8 – Lewd Consultation Room

Lewd Consultation Room (The Lewd Examination Room) is the eighth UMEMARO 3D mini-movie collection, released on October 4, 2007. Lewd Consultation Room was a significant departure from previous UMEMARO 3D releases, introducing interactive elements that are present in every release after this.

“A female doctor with a stethoscope conducts strange medical examinations. She makes the man who come to see her take off his clothes and has a nurse lick his genitals. Enjoy the feminine doctor and the large-breasted nurse in a story of turning the tables.”

Tanaka goes to the doctor’s office, seeking a remedy for his stress. Upon diagnosing him, Shoko instructs Ai to give Tanaka “the usual,” which turns out to be a blowjob. She is shortly joined by Shoko, and things escalate to sex. At various points in the game, the player can choose whether to have sex with Shoko or Ai, as well as choosing the method of climax. At the end of the game, Tanaka departs, with Ai complimenting Shoko’s medical talent. The two then call in the next patient.

Lewd Consultation Room introduced a new system for UMEMARO 3D releases. Though still distributed as a set of disconnected looping clips that combine into a full video, these clips are contained in the Mackyplayer executable file, as opposed to a raw HTML document to be opened in a web browser. The introduction of Mackyplayer created a relatively linear progression for the clips, in the form of an interactive game, akin to a 3D visual novel.
