Sexy Trainer Shoko Sugimoto is the twentieth UMEMARO 3D release and sixteenth mini-movie collection, released on January 25, 2018.

Sexy Trainer Shoko Sugimoto takes place some time prior to Lewd Consultation Room.
The game opens on a wide shot of the gym, where Ichijo and Ohara are on machines. Shoko takes a lap around the gym, urging the gym members to work harder. She greets Ichijo, who is in his first day at the gym, and sensually informs him to ask if he needs anything. Shoko moves back to Ohara, who has asked her to demonstrate how to use one of the machines. As she does so, Ohara begins groping her, exposing her rear and breasts, eventually escalating to sex, while Tanaka joins in by using Shoko’s mouth. When they are finished, Shoko accosts Ichijo, imploring him to begin lifting while she pleasures him with her breasts and mouth, making him climax twice, before getting on top of him and having sex with him while Ohara and Tanaka watch.
Once Ichijo climaxes, Shoko is pulled away by Tanaka to continue with him and Ohara, where the two of them double penetrate her on one of the machines, climaxing inside her again. Shoko invites Ichijo over to join them as Tanaka moves to her mouth, and the three of them triple penetrate her repeatedly, in various configurations. After the first session, the player has the choice of what to focus on: a second round of Ichijo in missionary position while Shoko pleasures Tanaka and Ohara with her mouth, triple penetration with Ichijo in her rear, a blowjob for Ichijo while Shoko uses her hands on Ohara and Tanaka, a titjob for Ichijo while Tanaka and Ohara penetrate her, or a footjob for Ichijo while she uses her mouth on Ohara and Tanaka.
After the climax of the scene the player chose, Shoko explains in a voiceover that she continued to have sex with members of the gym, until she was fired when the gym’s owner discovered what she was doing. The last shot is a freeze-frame of Shoko’s face during sex, as she muses on if she should become a teacher next, hinting at her role in Game of Lascivity OMEGA.
UMEMARO had a data loss scare on October 26, 2016, when he posted that his computer could no longer recognize the hard drive connected to it. He also mentioned that he’d been struggling with blue-screen crashes in the week prior. UMEMARO’s post also exposed a rather serious flaw in his workflow: he stated that he hadn’t backed up his work on a regular basis in over 2 years, because of the rapidly ballooning size of the files he worked with. In a comment on the post the next day, he noted that he was preparing to send the hard drive to a data recovery expert, as he feared that the drive had failed completely, lamenting the cost and length of time it would take to get the work done. In a full post the next day, he confirmed that his motherboard had completely failed, and his main 3D modeling PC was no longer functional. In the post, UMEMARO showed that he still had his back-up PC for 3D modeling, but compared the switch to moving from nuclear power to thermal, implying a substantial dropoff in power and efficiency. On November 19, UMEMARO announced that all of the data previously thought to be lost had been recovered, and that he would restart production of Horny Girl the week after.
This data loss issue and the frying of the affected computer spurred UMEMARO to replace the ruined system with a new, high-spec model running Windows 7, announcing the purchase of that PC on February 27, 2017, after the release of Horny Girl. In that same post, UMEMARO announced that, once again, Shoko Sugimoto would be the focus of the next project. This was initially interpreted as UMEMARO confirming that the long-delayed Sugimoto & Young Wife would finally see release. Production properly began around March 20, and on April 7, UMEMARO seemingly revealed that the Sugimoto project would instead feature two men alongside Sugimoto, instead of the previously expected Sugimoto, a “young wife,” and Kenji Kataoka. He also mentioned writing a script, revealing that this project was not going to be the expected Sugimoto & Young Wife at all, but instead a separate project.
On May 4, UMEMARO revealed a new model for Sugimoto, once again depicting a Sugimoto younger than her appearance in Lewd Consultation Room. The model received substantial backlash for its rather lacking resemblance to Sugimoto, particularly in the facial structure, on forums such as hongfire, as well as, unusually, directly in the comments of the blog post, though several of these commenters either commented repeatedly, or were hongfire users poorly utilizing Google Translate to comment directly. In response to the backlash, UMEMARO revised the model and posted a render of it on May 13. The model now has a striking resemblance to Sugimoto, though still noticeably younger, with a lighter skin tone and a less sensual facial structure. In the blog post, he specifically mentioned the feedback received, and discussed how, in his earlier years, he designed character models based on the personality of the character, rather than specifically focusing on a certain facial structure. He noted that he could no longer do this with recurring, fan favorite characters, whose fans expect them to look exactly how they previously did, and noted that this process was more difficult for him.
UMEMARO stated on May 17 that he was far behind his schedule, but was preparing to start the script. Shoko’s model appeared to be finalized at this point, with further refinement to her face and body, now bearing an even clearer resemblance to her Lewd Consultation Room iteration, though still clearly younger and lighter-skinned. Programming began around July 18, and UMEMARO complained that Radiosity was not cooperating with him on August 2, and noted that he would have to arrange light sources himself, lengthening production time. Animation of erotic scenes began on August 15, and the accompanying screenshots seemingly revealed that Chairman Ohara and Hajime Tanaka would be the male protagonists.
In the comments of the September 7 update, UMEMARO confirmed, for the first time, that this mini-movie collection takes place prior to Lewd Consultation Room. UMEMARO provided this explanation in response to comments on numerous posts from users noting that Shoko’s model made her look younger compared to Lewd Consultation Room. Subsequently, on September 9, UMEMARO revealed that he had further revised Shoko’s model, darkening her tan significantly to bring her further in line with her previous models. He also re-added pink lipstick, which had temporarily been removed (UMEMARO stated in the September 7 comment that it reminded him of Japan’s bubble era of the 1980s), as well as re-adding pubic hair, which had previously been missing from the model. Additional test renders were uploaded to the same post two days later, revealing Shoko’s new lingerie style, retaining her signature leopard print.
UMEMARO predicted that he would not make an end-of-2017 deadline in his November 25 update, while also stating that he was 50% done with production of the collection. By mid-January 2018, UMEMARO declared that the collection’s release was imminent, with only administrative tasks left to take care of.
