“On a hot summer afternoon, wife Maria called someone in to repair her air conditioner, and it turns out to be a hot, sweaty guy.
Sexually frustrated by her husband, who is always on business trips, she sets to serving this piece of man meat some tea and candy, and waits for the included aphrodisiac’s effect to kick in…
As the man starts to work, he feels it getting a little hot down there…”

The movie opens with Mari vacuuming her home, listening to music as she does so. There is a knock at the door, and an air conditioning repair man arrives to work on the A/C. Mari serves him a snack and a drink before he begins his work; it is revealed shortly afterward that Mari has spiked the repair man’s drink with an aphrodisiac* she has used previously, and the repair man struggles with an erection as he is trying to work. Mari takes notice of the repair man’s erection, and begins to pleasure him, first by teasing a handjob, then proceeding to give him a blowjob. The movie shows two outcomes: an oral creampie, and a facial, one after the other.

* = This actually isn’t in the video. If you start the “game” and don’t click anything in the main menu, you’ll get a comic/text thingy in which Mari talks to the electrician about how she is being neglected by her husband. She also asks the electrician if he has a girlfriend and she offers him more tea and a piece of “candy”… See image below!

Following the release of Sister’s Sexual Circumstances, UMEMARO dedicated some time to side-projects.
Umemaro first revealed details of the next mini-movie collection on July 11, 2019, where it appeared that Mari Osano would be one of the characters, based on her model being used to test SoftFX and Motion Designer. This was formally confirmed in the August 2 post announcing the physical release of Sister’s Sexual Circumstances, in which Umemaro revealed that Mari would be the sole focus of the 18th mini-movie collection, mentioning his desire to make “more immersive content.” Umemaro also demonstrated that he would post updates to both the SFW and NSFW blogs in tandem for the duration of production, with more technical updates going on the SFW blog, while character and story updates would remain on the NSFW blog.

On October 9, Umemaro mentioned that the setting would, once again, be Mari’s home, and described giving her “comfortable and casual attire,” nearly completely remaking her model in the process. The next two updates, on October 15 and October 17, appeared to reveal that this would be a sequel to Sister’s Sexual Circumstances, noting that the 18th mini-movie collection would be a “continuation of last time.” He also noted that, despite this, he wanted to give Mari more of an “older sister” look, in contrast to her distinctly mature demeanor in Sister’s Sexual Circumstances. Changes to Mari’s model included filling out her lips, thickening her eyelashes, and giving her a “wife-style” cloth headband.

Production updates were sparse and light on details for much of the rest of production in 2020, primarily chronicling Umemaro’s progress through the game’s scenes using percentage values, beginning with Umemaro revealing the completion of the “first penetration scene” on July 30. At times, particularly in the November 16 update, it seemed that Umemaro was struggling to complete development.

Completion of development was announced on December 12; however, Umemaro revealed that a bug in Clickteam Fusion was causing the compiled game to be flagged as malicious software, preventing it from being sold until the bug is fixed. Umemaro gave no timetable for resolution, though he stated that the issue first presented itself in October. Following up in the comments of that post the next day, Umemaro further explained that he was mulling over converting the game into a non-interactive movie format in order to get it released, but emphasized his passion for the interactive format, and stated that he would look into releasing both an interactive and non-interactive (“drama”) version. He also expressed some concern about the severity of the bug in Clickteam, as the developer he spoke with implied that it was “severe.” Despite these challenges, Umemaro proceeded to release the official PV for the game on December 15, revealing the game’s title and cover art.

On December 28, Umemaro revealed that he would proceed with the initial non-interactive movie release after all, citing the discovery of another issue with the game version. The movie edition was released that same day, while the anticipated game version’s release came over a month later on January 30. At that time, Umemaro indicated that the bugs in the game file had not been fully resolved, but the game was in a playable enough state to justify releasing. He noted at the time that an English translation would not come for a while longer, and on April 9, DLsite released an English Voice Version of the game, the first of its kind since Twin Succubus received one in 2010.
